Mais 22 participantes concluíram na tarde de segunda-feira, 8 de agosto, o Programa Desenvolvimento de Lideranças (PDL). O PDL foi promovido pelo Serviço Social da Indústria (Sesi), em parceria com a CDL Maravilha, e ministrado no auditório da entidade. O objetivo do PDL é aprimorar competências comportamentais, desenvolver o autoconhecimento, engajamento, autoconsciência e mostrar o verdadeiro papel de um líder, sempre com o foco comportamental no desenvolvimento de pessoas. Essa foi a terceira turma formada no PDL em Maravilha. As aulas tiveram início em julho e foram desenvolvidas em cinco encontros pela instrutora Lucivânia Bortolossi, que atua como consultora do Sesi no programa. A formatura foi realizada na tarde de segunda. Os participantes ressaltaram que conseguiram melhorar em diversos aspectos, como no planejamento, crescimento pessoal e profissional, insegurança e liderança. “O PDL me ajudou bastante a trabalhar em equipe. Aprendi e estou repassando que os elogios são importantes. Além disso, estou aplicando vários conhecimentos na vida pessoal, com a minha família”, enfatiza a participante Cleusa Zanivan Bruxel, da empresa Erva Daninha. A instrutora Lucivânia destacou a participação da equipe no desenvolvimento das atividades. “Sucesso é quando você influencia positivamente a vida das pessoas. Fazendo o outro melhor nós melhoramos também. Temos que ter em mente que o aprendizado precisa ser sempre constante”, justifica.
